Safaa School was founded by Puntland Empowerment and Relief Ltd (PERL) on a simple but powerful conviction: a child's future should never depend on their family's income.
In Bosaso, one of Somalia's largest cities, thousands of children have no access to schooling. We are here to change that. Every student at Safaa School receives a full education, nutritious daily meals, and on-site healthcare at absolutely no cost.

Fully funded schooling for every child. No fees, no barriers. We cover books, uniforms, and all learning materials.

On-site medical and dental care for all students. Healthy children learn better, so we care for both body and mind.
Free School Meals
A nutritious meal every school day for every student. For many children, this is their most reliable meal of the day.
Community Outreach
We engage parents and local leaders to build a culture of learning and support across the broader Bosaso community.
Extracurricular Activities
